He don't specifically have any rules regarding homo/transphobia, so there's really nothing we can do here in this case. We will punish people for being extremely, extremely toxic, especially if they have a long history of it. In this case though, this just seems like the regular ol' internet.

Because there is not enough time in the world to police in game chat with as many player slots and servers we have, we would much rather allocate our resources to removing the cheaters and griefers.
