the dude already has multiple warnings and he keeps doing stuff to provoke players, why not just ban here for ever?
well, here's my ultimate, i took a few screenshots of him being fairly racist against players from other countries, his chat log is publicly availabe so there's no need for me to lie in here.

all i'm asking here is to perma ban this guy at once permanently, his behavior is unpleasant when he is playing in the server.

We try to not police chat, and he's skirting the line on what is acceptable it seems. You can turn off chat in game using the "H" key by default.

We've punished/temp banned him in the past for TKing and it looks like he straightened out on that front for now.
