Describe the incident RegrefulHarp was observed teleporting around the map, out of bounds, reviving players through walls AND at ridiculous distances, and causing players to fall out of the map due to the revive mechanic. I have a picture, after being revived by RegretfulHarp, that shows me and him out of bounds shortly before he redeployed to attempt to avoid me taking a picture. I am happy to send this to you guys if you need the info.

Unfortunately not. Right in the middle of it all, I was struggling to remember what my key was for my recap. I should've grabbed a video, and I know that the picture isn't enough even though you can see this is out of bounds on Operation Locker and he's doing something with his player model that I can't seem to figure out how. I'm gonna try in the future to make sure I get video evidence for anything like this.

Keep in mind though, I'm not the only person that saw all this happening.
