Describe the incident he lays mines around people and will shot his sraw at them. he just now killed me with it and claimed it an accident. hes done it many times.

no, I and others reported him in-game. I'll see if I can get others to comment as he was tking and talking like it didn't matter if he was reported.

He was reporting me as tking him when i never killed him once that game. I let him tk me hoping it would kick and eventually ban him.

and to be clear, i avoid killing him. so if you check the logs, you'll see that. he will try to lay mines and run behind me to get me to kill him...then he reports me.
