In the future, if you have an nvidia card, set up shadowplay. You can hit Alt+F10 by default IIRC to record the previous 5 minutes, you can change the time interval to whatever you desire, 30s, 1m, etc.

Helps a LOT in situations like this, as we don't have video evidence. We are not able to act on this report.
