The pretentious "dudes" who putt on about how cool they are when they can't hold a regular job are a bit much and so are the noob assholes who cut you off on a wave. I run my board right into the fuckers when they do that. I figure some broken ribs might teach them a constructive lesson.

I know that feeling all too well.... If you ever get into lifting, stick with lighter weight which is more beneficial anyways. When using machines, use them to pull not push your spine. IDK if that even makes sense cuz I just woke up.Used to all the time, until I herniated a disc in my back with sciatic pain.
