Hello everyone,

I was just banned on your locker server for apparent association with another which is not mine. I am posting here because I did not have any privileges to post under the proper ban appeal section. I joined your team speak and spoke to assault and he told me to just make a forum post to get every thing cleared up. I apologize if this is not the correct location but couldn't seem to find a more appropriate location. Here is the link to my main account https://bf4db.com/player/879912682 as you can see I do not have a bf4 DB ban. I just came back to this game after not playing for a while was enjoying playing on your guys server and was hoping to be able to continue to play on them. If you require any more info please let me know.

Sorry you're caught up in this situation. We'll give things a thorough investigation tomorrow and if everything checks out, we should have you squared away to play tomorrow night.

We're still digging into this. There's a lot of information we're going through.

In order to be thorough and make the right decision it's unlikely that your ban will be lifted tonight. We need more time to finish our investigation.

There is far too much working against you here. Between the ACI/GGC PB ban, the giant associations of HELIX members to confirmed cheating, and some pretty convincing links between your account and many that appear to be you that are banned for cheating, it's just too much to look past. You may or may not be directly linked to the "GARBAGEDISPENSER" on BF4DB that caused us to originally ban you but you're definitely linked to confirmed cheating and I'm betting the PB ban wasn't a false positive - BF4DB just marked it as such to be on the safe side.

Appeal reopened to review more information provided by the player on TS. Seeking the input of some unbiased 3rd parties I have contacts with that have non-public data to check further direct links.

Appeal approved. There's solid evidence supporting the PB ban as a false positive, and we do not have any hard evidence linking the account in question to one convicted of cheating.

We are awaiting some background checks from external sources and if they turn anything solid up the ban will be put back in place.

All right! That's a lot of work and effort there to let a legit player back in after some shenanigans surrounding his account. I hope the appeal stands and we get another great member into our community!
