HC All maps server with truly randomized map, no voting?

I did adjust the vote map system to try to force a little more randomization.

Basically what it does is half of the maps in the vote should be least-played maps. We can't force people to vote for them, however and trying to force it would likely hurt the server population so it's not something we want to do.

All I have to say is if it's not broke don't try and fix it.. It will get to the point where we will have 4 shitty maps to vote from and that empties the server.. I mean its fine the way it is.. At night time, its best to keep the 'popular' maps on the list to keep the server afloat.. I know Neo and friends have tried everything and their analytics has showed them where the perfect niche is.

P.s Dragon valley is epic, thanks for having it in the rotation! I get lucky to play it maybe a few times a month :)

I've noticed this, thanks.

I understood the previous tactic of only having vanilla maps on vote when the server was mostly empty, but I didn't get why Locker and Rogue were excluded. They both seem like popular maps.
