does anyone else here have cox internet? (yes, thats really the name)
i've been having nothing but issues with it for the passed week and every time i call the only thing they do is reset my modem.
this is making me rage! they're also the only internet provider available in our area so i have no other options.

I have COX. You need higher tier technicians to help you. Depending on your setup, you may need a different switch, a booster, or you may have damaged line. COX will come out and make sure it's working correctly, and they should do it at no charge since you are not getting what you're paying for.
I have lots of experience dealing with these COX.
