Is there a method to the map vote poll, or is it 'random'?

Just curious if there is anything that alters rotation, or if it's supposed to be random. Seems at least on BZ6, the same maps come up for voting more often than not. It obviously doesn't help that people tend to vote for the same maps, but generally there just isn't much choice.

It's random. Roughly half should represent the least played maps. We can't force people to vote for them...

Figured as much. One of my buddies that plays a lot with me just pointed out that the same 6 maps tend to show up a lot, and then I started paying attention and it seemed like he may have been right. But I think it's more just the type of the thing that once you start paying too much attention you see what you want to see lol

Dlc maps don't run 24/7. Maybe that's part of it.
