And I also found my CD with 150 mods for DooM. Somewhere I also have the "illegal" mod which changes all the demons into Bill Clinton. When you kill him he says something funny and I wish I could remember what it is!
Sounds like you probably had the Aliens franchise mod on there too. That one was so amazing back in the day.

Do you remember Medal of Honor and Star Trek Voyager: Elite Force?
Trivia: I discovered these were the same game engine and you could swap the weapons files from one game to the other. That meant storming the beaches at Normandy and slaughtering the Germans with photon torpedo launchers, disruptors, and phasers. And then in Elite Force the Borg were helpless against the WW2 weapons!

Rainbow Six was my first FPS. I used to play it with my dad. He was the leader of a ranked clan back in the day.
I've heard that. My dad used to read a ton of Tom Clancy books - I think that's why he bought the game in the first place - but I have never actually read any of them myself. I will have to check if he still has his old ones.The original Tom Clancy book is well worth reading.
Rainbow Six is a great book and after you read it you'll realize it was the user manual for the whole damned COVID-19 fiasco.
