I. BZ has no competition and newer games suck. BF4 is still the best FPS.

BZ could pretty much charge $50 and people will pay it.

I know this post is a joke but in actuality this is how you’d kill a community. There’s no dollar amount that would ever give you the rights to punish another. We don’t even get or accept payment to moderate it.

It is a valid point. Absolute users of cheats wouldn't ever be able to pay to get back in. But if you did some idiot things, it may work in that case. But the idea is bad in its entirety. The end result is or could be, bans would be handed out more steadily to procure, "fines" for more $$. Thats not a good thing. So while it does seem to be a good or neat, idea, the likely hood of abuse is not good. Plus it sounds scummy off the cuff who may not understand it fully. The last thing this game/server/community needs is more banned players. Friday night, when I got home from work to play, as I always do, there were 3 open slots. Im finding this, more common than ever. The unpopular 2042 game, its population has dropped big time, and now "only" averages 12K people playing. Conversely, bf4 has well under 3K at PEAK times, and thats unfair to say, as 2042's average is 12K, while BF4's average is around 1k. 2042 did peak population reached 108K people just 1 year ago. So, out of those 90K in numbers of people aren't comming back here.(bf4) Yes, not all or even a lions share were here in the first place, but I think a rather large number of them, were, at one time. Ok now im ramblin.
I see no reason why banned players should refrain from donating to BZ in a futile attempt to buy their way out of their ban.

I’d rather have certain more serious permabans (not cheating) be appealable once and if accepted they’d have to wait something like 30-60 days minimum before the ban is lifted. That way it sinks in how serious it is and in the end, in due time, they could rejoin us.

Let people who donate a minimum amount have a least the opportunity to play an specific map, like if you donate X amount you can play an specific map once on a server of their choice, perhaps on friday or duirng the weekdays so the weekend players don't have to endure a map they don't like, because people voting always vote for the same maps.
