No spawn rape rule

Let me elaborate for you here as I did in team speak. All capped does NOT mean you can land or hover in spawn killing people as they spawn. I did not appreciate you yelling and acting amok in team speak after I explained this to you. The aforementioned is a dick move and will not be tolerated.
 
It is very hard to pick out the people that are shooting out of main when all flags are capped.
This is also against unnamed people that said something else in a different place.

So lets get the record straight.....
If all flags are capped and they shoot from the uncap I am going to have a hard time telling what one shot and what one didn't.


So neonardo with all do respect my man, rule 9 is rule 9. I can't always see who is shooting and who is not.
A "all cap" rarely happens, talking with other members it could be a server killer, you are the man on this stuff so please set a clear rule.
