If you donated by credit card, send a private message here to @neonardo1 and request a stop payment. Otherwise login to your paypal account and cancel the payment agreement to stop further donations.

I'm not an admin but I was able to find some helpful advice for you from an actual admin in another thread (screenshot below).
In the end it's actually for your benefit because you'd be crazy to cancel your donations and lose out on double map votes.

What does my post there have to do with this? That guy charged back forever ago and was subsequently banned by Neo thus only Neo will be able to respond to that appeal.
It’s so tiring having to deal with the immaturity of people always trying to twist words and take things out of context. This is why you get admins that are strict without care because you constantly jab at the ones who show some empathy until they no longer care. There are details you’re not always privy to as such you shouldn’t insert yourself into every conversation.

Panda, there is no way to unsubscribe from the payments. Of course the player base will eventually suggest, openly, to chargeback. Additionally, The option of "reoccurring payments" is automatically checked yes when donating. The system is not set up in the best interest of the player, but in the best interest of Banzore getting the most out of their donations as possible.
Either push for moral (and really just common sense) changes to be made, or expect these posts, and responses to donation posts, to increase.
also, the reason I am interjecting myself is because you Panda are the only one on the admin panel that has publicly stated we need to change the rules page, what it entails, and maybe as far as changing the description on the server loading pages for better clarity and a clear communication of what is expected on these servers.

You're missing the point of my message. I'm more than happy to tell someone how to cancel their payment or how to contact the person who can do it for them. I'm not bothered by people wanting to cancel in any way and have never denied their request for information on how to do so. Additionally, I do think it's shady that the plugin has recurring checked by default. While people should be able to read all the text on screen when submitting payment information, it is an obscure and tiny box. By all means anyone who wishes to cancel should be able to, besides we don't need their donations.
What bothers me is those who like to insinuate malicious intent, abusive "at will" administration or twisting subjective context like my response to the appeal in the screenshot above. That appealing user was already told in discord it would be a delayed response as only a senior admin will override a chargeback permaban but yet certain people like to insert little sarcastic quips here and there to stir up trouble.
Because the others are at the point of not caring due to the same types of people I mentioned above. Dealing with the constant stupidity from these people gets mentally tiring and causes people to stop caring beyond the bare minimum. It's a fruitless job volunteering time to monitor the servers so every time someone is an obnoxious troll, it's doing nothing but encouraging staff to not bother helping the community.

Due to software limitations, players are not able to automatically cancel a reoccurring donation made via a credit card by themselves. We are all volunteers and have been rather busy as of late. When Neo is able to, he’ll get to it. If someone has been charged an additional month or two, he’ll refund it.
