New player, 46% accuracy and 55% HSKR with M16 and 20/3 that round not enough?

The KPM Is very low. 1.43KPM is so easy to achieve on Rush even with 55% HSK. He could've been sitting in a corner somewhere.

Stat-wise he looks like a corner camper. Low KPM, reasonably high K/D for a new player.

He wasn't sitting in a corner. He killed me when I was in spawn, over and over. I accept that you can't ban him now. But just watch. He will be gone.

I'm not saying I don't suspect him of cheating, just explaining how/why he can't be banned for that one round alone right now. Need some more rounds with unusual stats and/or vid.
