Good morning. I was trying to join your bz1 server and before I could even pick a class punkbuster kept kicking me right away. I tried updating punkbuster as some have said and there was an update for BF4 but it still kicks me. I tried joining both Origin and Battlelog.

The battlelog message is: "Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster kicked player 'xSparky911x' (for 1 minute) ... Prior Kick/Ban"

I don't recall being kicked or banned previously from your servers.

I'm not seeing any active/inactive bans on file for you. Have you tried joining recently?

Try joining again through battlelog if you haven't already and see if it happens again.

Hello. I tried joining through Battlelog again tonight like stated in my original post. Unfortunately now I am getting this message...

"Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster kicked player 'xSparky911x' (for 5 minutes) ... Player xSparky911x kicked by ACI LiveSecure for ACI-PB-VIOLATION-59141-BF4 [Admin Decision]"

I tried looking up what this violation code was for but no luck. I can assure there are no cheats/hacks installed in my system that I am aware of and trust me if you looked at my KD ratio on Battlelog (or any other game) you would definitely laugh lol. Anyways, its frustrating. I don't seem to have this issues on all servers but definately on any of the Banzone saervers. I have nVidia's overlay system running, don't think that would cause the issue, doesn't seem to be a problem elsewhere. I have summitted a ticket to Evenbalance but from what I heard they don't do anything about it or at least not very fast. I really appreciate you looking into this though.
