You most likely need to repair / install punkbuster, it is the games anticheat and can sometimes corrupt itself.

Uninstalling Origin and deleting the reg keys was what I had to do to clear a few errors when the game moved to the EA platform. That allowed for a clean install of the new interface and game maps.
On a total tangent here, I miss the seasonal updates where the maps would be updated for the various seasons of the year.
