Hello, I bought VIP a few days ago and it was going great until I changed my IGN to my other account and suddenly I do not skip queues. Could someone possibly help?

what do you mean you switch ign to other account?
Sounds like he switched his In Game Name (such as Long Trang) to a different game account. I forget what EA calls their account identifier but that's what our VIP status is attached to and not to the name which can change rather frequently.

Yes. I changed it from my old account onto my new one. It is set to the one I want now. Is there anything I need to do? Thanks for the reply!

vip doesnt give you a vip slot or else wed have too many vip slots

you get to be in the premium premium queue and get a few commands and protections

Wish I would have known that.
I mean, it's posted pretty clearly. You have no one to blame but yourself. You queue in front of other players but it doesn't tell you that.
