Where and how do i make an unban appeal guys?

Stated reason: glitching i think, well i don't know how i was glitching, because i was just playing as a medic, throwing rgo nades, rushing/flanking lockers side in metro, then suddenly i got banned, i didn't even play as support to use a bipod just in case, how did i glitch? i've played for a long time in your servers, but i don't know what happened honestly, thanks for reading.
