Well that only works if the hacker has a static ip , if it is dynamic he /she can change ip with the press of the mouse I also felt the bf4 can be pretty toxic and I have have had ppl capture my ip share it on the ingame chat and ddos me and give out personal info (Not on Banzore Servers) so...
