Have you cheated before? No, I have not.

What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I do not know why I have been banned. I wish someone would tell me why. I don't cheat, use vulgar language or anything of the sort.

Why should we lift your ban? Because I do not cheat, nor attempt to disrupt any game play.

I'm not seeing you as banned through us, BF4DB, BA, or any infractions on your account. If you're getting kicked after joining, join through battlelog for it to give a more detailed kick message and let us know what it says so we can better assist you.

Our servers are not allowing VPNs any longer. You are not banned. Just turn off your VPN and you will be able to join no problem

Yep @Angrysalsa probably has it right. For anyone with permissions to https://battlefield.agency/player/1b4ec118-dda1-4b5f-9395-99d976ec9e53/ips you do indeed use VPNs a lot.
