No it isn't. "Goy" is Yiddish for goyim who are non-Jews. In context it could be derogatory but in general it is not.

When I'm in the enemy Uncap, can I fire & kill (from their Uncap) at enemies that are in the actual Battlefield? (i.e. the enemy is not in their own Uncap, but in the actually battlefield?)
