He's banned now. I also submitted the video to Battlefield Agency.

I'd recommend submitting videos to them in addition to BF4DB. BA is often very snappy on bans during the day when we tend to be around less especially if the video/evidence is blatant so if they drop a ban very fast it will get them out of the server faster than we can get to them sometimes.
