That’s the problem with the uncap rules….

There is always the possibility of being banned for defending yourself against an enemy camper in uncap . If a freshly spawned enemy player is accidentally killed by incoming fire due to their teammate provoking the enemy then that accidental kill of an innocent player could be construed as attacking uncap which will result in a ban for the defending player outside of uncap.

Yeah, but that's part of the risk inherent in the game. You have to take that into account when you rightfully fire into the uncap and you have to choose a weapon that is only going to kill the legit target.

So a sniper rifle on some guy using an SUAV is legit and minimal risk of collateral damage. A JDAM? Not so much.

Likewise we all understand that on maps like Metro and Locker you stand a good chance of getting kicked for TK even though most people who get kicked never do it deliberately. You learn from your mistakes and you choose tactics and weapons that minimize TK on those maps.

Therefore, if you're going to respond to an attack from the uncap you should know right up front that it's bad mojo to inadvertently kill someone who was minding their own business.
