I'm dreaming, but imagine a bz softcore server (to avoid teamkills) dedicated for special events, like, Wednesday my dudes, go to the bz0 server at 7pm for Claymore matches only. Then the next week it would be Knife Only. Well then an admin would have to take the time to configure all that, so it will never happen, but we have the right to dream.
I don't think you can take action for a particular loadout, but it's possible to "kill" or "kick" players who kill another player with a particular weapon. I saw bf4 servers that allow only X players using the shotgun or sniper rifle.
We're off-topic though.

First he was farming at downbraker, now this morning at Zavod, You will never see puppet NOT ONCE taking a flag. All he does is farm with the AA, kills 4 helis and farms 76 infantry GIVE ME AFUCKING BRAKE. Dude bearly moves forward, when he gets a mosquito bite he runs back to mama base, but he NEVER CAPS
I know cuz I destroyed his sorry AA with mine. He cryed like a baby.

You do understand that this is what anti-aircraft artillery is supposed to do, right? It's supposed to sit back in the rear and disrupt enemy air action. It's not about the kills because FFS I kill a fuckload more people with the mortar than I ever will with the AA and that's the same for everyone else.
When you're on the AA your job is to disrupt the enemy's attack helicopter. Don't let it linger and let its gunner score kills on your guys. Then you disrupt their bomber on its attack runs. Then you go after the fighter. After that you engage the C-130, MAV and drones.
I'm going to assume you didn't just admit to teamkilling, right? So if you were able to hit him with a mine (good on you, by the way!) then that means he had his AA too close to the enemy infantry which is why you were able to kill him and that's why you don't use the AA as a fucking tank.
Now if you'd stop worrying about how he plays his game and instead concentrate on your game you'd have more fun.
Hey, here's a suggestion: why don't you get the AA and show us some awesome video of you killing guys on the ground and capping flags with it?
