What type of game will BF3 be?

I really think they are trying to do the right thing and make as much money as possible at the same time. It's really not a bad plan for them or for us. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt. I'd rather be mad later then now anyways.

I think they're just trying as much different shit as they can think of to find a model that works best. Maybe for them, maybe for us, but hopefully for both. Everybody has a breaking point, and we'll either hit it or we won't. To me, it doesn't really matter.

Now if we have to start paying for UFC? We might be fucked.

For your reading pleasure and my desire to do research, I found the following:

EA has developed a new technology called ANT which is able to render the physical impact on bodies more accurately than ever. DICE is utilizing this technology in BF3. Thus, we might get some idea of how the BF3 characters will move in game by looking at some of the other games that utilize this technology.

Battlefield 3 is built, delivering enhanced visual quality, a grand sense of scale, massive destruction, dynamic audio and character animation utilizing ANT technology as seen in the latest EA SPORTS™ games.http://www.battlefield.com/battlefield3/1/frostbite2
EA enhances interactive reality with ANTEA is already using the technology in its latest hockey, soccer and basketball franchises.

It's not about the sport, it's about the way the video game body moves and reacts to collisions. That's what you were supposed to get from that.

but they rarely score any points in hockey and soccer!

*giggle*

the sports "dominated by black players" used to be dominated by white players before black players started to play them.

enjoy your hockey... if black players ever give a crap about it, than i ya might not like it quite so much.

technology is the problem. white kids dont get out and play sports so much anymore, to busy on computers and other gadgets. black kids, all they got is a ball and a hoop. or a football to throw around. thats the only reason for the shift in most sports being dominated by blacks. whites just dont play them anymore as much. hockey, you need so cash to play, skates and a good stick, and a ice rink to play on cost money. not a poor mans sport. so i dont see blacks adopting hockey any time soon.. no worries Cube!!
