Whistleblower

I need to clear something up. I am not defending nor asking to unban any Battlefield 4 player. I simply mentioned CamelToeInspectr because I was reading the replies on his appeal and 2 listed violations just simply did not make sense as I've witnessed and recorded many battlefield 4 players on Banzore servers violate those rules.

I'm blowing the whistle but am giving a chance for those come clean.

First and foremost I see a ban appeal from @CamelToeInspectr and in his appeal is a listing of violations. 2 of them are complete BS!

List of BS violations:
  1. Politics in game chat
  2. Language violation
I'm not one to beat around the bush but I see so much political talk in chat while BZ members are in game and even participate in the political conversation.

I don't see any reports posted on this website of politics in chat when in fact this is a clear violation
RULE 4: No Politics In Game Chat
We're here to have fun and escape the real world so take your political talk elsewhere.

So how is this a violation exemption to BZ members and all those who've participated with political talk but @CamelToeInspectr and all those who been banned or warned are not exempt?

Language violation: I can careless what word was used to ban @CamelToeInspectr but how many times has someone including a BZ member baited a person for saying words like "cracker" which causes a language violation that can rack up on someone's violations causing a perma ban. I've brought this up before and never received an answer.

It's almost like there 2 sets of rules one is visible and the other is not.

Hey Yeet! Thanks for the post/question, let's clear some thing sup.

Politics in game chat
This was back during the capitol riots, where we had Trump, Biden, and a few other political phrases blacklisted, when typed would lead to a 30 minute temp ban, nothing too serious. I've gone through his chatlogs for all of his violations you pointed out. Looks like he was responding to someone else saying 'Not trump' Alright, I can see that as a 'BS' violation, going forward, that didn't sway our decision on his ban.

Language violation
Ah, here comes the 'fun' screenshots.

Not to mention, he's been banned three times for TK's (by the auto filter, meaning 3 kicks for tk's, 3 times)

He has wished to be banned 'so he doesn't have to come back to our server'

He willingly bypassed the N word filter, multiple times, and he knew what he was doing.

So how is this a violation exemption to BZ members and all those who've participated with political talk but @CamelToeInspectr and all those who been banned or warned are not exempt?
We have directly talked to members baiting with questions like what's a saltine, we have warned, and told to knock it the fuck off a few times a while back, at this point they know not to press forward with that question, if you see anything, say something, please! We don't want people to bait other members/new players and we will NOT tolerate that.

Language violation: I can careless what word was used to ban @CamelToeInspectr
Unfortunately, he has willingly attempted to bypass the filter way too many times. And if the filter picked up on multiple slurs in a single message, he would've been auto banned for that as well.

His only violation that was bullshit, would be the political one, and that was just because of the time frame of when he said it.

He has been given, way, way too many chances. He had already known he was on thin ice before he did the shit in the last screenshot.

Thanks for the reply and perhaps I need to clear something up. I am not defending nor asking to unban any Battlefield 4 player. Hence the reason why I've created this thread. Yes I do recall the tension in chat during the riots but what I've seen was far more recent and I'm talking within the past 30 days. At times I've typed "shut up and no politics in chat as it's a violation of rules" I'm not trying to police the chat but I just see both BZ members and regular players get away with it.

Language violation: When I seen this violation on Camels report it really got me thinking. People have been baited for saying "Cracker" and it's happen to me but how many times has someone including a BZ member baited a person for saying words like "cracker" which causes a language violation that can rack up on someone's violations causing a perma ban.

I'm somewhat seeing these 2 violations as a pick and choose who gets a warning, temp ban, perma ban or nothing.

Also like to add to my statement, I do appreciate Bazore.com for hosting battlefield servers and I respect the entire Battlefield community. I am not trying to cause havoc but to only address some concerns here. If it is forbidden to voice concerns or question the integrity of rules please make this known.

the last time I saw political chat in bZ2 I replied in all chat !rules to try and remind everybody to ptfo and stop with dumb shit but you really can't sit there and report 9 people with the plug in. there has also been a stance of no policing chat (aside from blatant extremes as well as auto filter) from what I've seen.

all that being said, Camel was "bipolar" on the server but a considerably longer time spent being toxic than anything else IMO

Camel was likely intentionally tking. He was not well liked and he would frequently get kicked for tks and was auto tk banned. That is pretty hard to do without it being somewhat intentional. He was given way too many chances and decided to keep typing the n word with an admin in game with him. I am not interested in seeing him come back and I think the ban was well justified.

They should really post a whole list of what is a banned word and also level the playing field with out two separate set of rules. basically they run a big system for farming as i have seen enough racism and also politics on most of their servers....

So what's your actual question or concern? The language violation system is point-based and mostly automatic (except when people are intentionally circumventing it in which case we give them harsher punishment).

I’d like to weigh in on one thing in particular. It may or may not have been covered but I’d like to say that on the topic of “member exemption” to certain language rules. I was muted on bZ2 for saying retard. I was muted and then tried saying sorry and was killed like twice. I got no exemption for the auto punishment system. Not do I feel like I would ever get any exemption from an admin if I said even once what cameltoe said in chat. I’ve been with bZ for a handful of months now and am yet to really see a Badmin amongst the community of admins. We are all held to the same rules.

The automated automatic system is automatically automated.
