I love these servers and I plan to continue to play and help keep them populated. Unfortunately, I need to cancel the recurring donation because of personal reasons that need to be taken care of. Can someone help me with what I need to do to get this taken care of?

You didn't follow the giant instructions that are plastered all over the donation form, so your VIP didn't kick in automatically. You donated as a guest.

Under account details, make sure your in game name is filled out exactly. System is automatic.
