Also keep in mind that VIP doesn't kick someone from the game to let you play instantly. It puts you in an expedited queue. Even if you show up as 9th in queue, with VIP, you'll be the first of those 9 to join unless there is another VIP ahead of you. So basically you get a "front of the line" pass. But you still have to wait for someone to leave the game first.

Also, I have to say I really appreciate the level headed administration I see in the ban appeal forum. Very fair and based on evidence. I like that! :cool:

Good evening server admins. I sent my money in for VIP status. Despite paying for it, I am still getting swapped typically at the near end of the map to the losing side. I asked for !Assist and it tells me it will try but never does. Can you look into this please.

Try !lead
If it sets you as lead, you have VIP rights. Otherwise, make sure you didn't donate anonymously, and also make sure that you have inputted your BF4 username (case sensitive) into your banzore account settings.

VIP status on our BF4 servers is the combination of perks that we give those who choose to help us out with the costs of running the servers each month.

Reserved Slot
VIPs get reserved server slots. This means that when the server is full and you have to get in queue, you are automatically moved to the front of the queue. Say there's a 10 man queue when you queue up, the next available slot is yours. No waiting behind a bunch of people to get in and get fragging!

Double Map Vote Points
When you vote for maps in servers with map voting your votes count as 2 votes instead of 1.

Autobalance Protection
Don't want to get moved away from your teammates? Autobalance protection stops the server from ever moving you for team balance purposes.

Ping Protection
You will never be kicked for ping spikes that would otherwise trigger our ping protection system to give you the boot.

Notable In-Game Commands
  • /join <player> - used to attempt to move to the team/squad of a player. Partial name matching is supported.
  • /lead - take lead of your current squad
  • /killme - commit suicide without logging a death
  • /moveme - move to the other team if there is room, avoiding all balancers

I'm still getting kicked for ping in servers 1 and 2.

Didn't know if there was a hard line even for VIP for getting kicked for ping. Thanks.

Hmm I don't know then. I get a bunch of messages in the in-game chat log section saying that my ping is exceeding some limit and after a bit it says I was kicked by admin. Seems automated.

Next time I hop on I'll try to grab a screenshot of it.

It is automated and I indeed saw that in the logs, but after your VIP kicked in that night (takes up to an hour after the actual donation payment clearing PayPal) there were no kicks. All logged kicks for ping were prior to your VIP payment clearing.
