Hey, I think I paid last month but forgot to register on the forum. Not sure my queue priority is working. Probably something I did wrong, but please let me know. My username here is my bf4 name.

@helixen89 Vip is an automatic script through the forums, if you did not register at the time of donation it will not work. You will have to reach out to @neonardo1 to see how it can be applied.

I donated $10 and have not received any VIP slots/ privileges I had not created this account yet but I did put my in-game name on the memo section of the donation

What is VIP Membership?

VIP status on our BF4 servers is the combination of perks that we give those who choose to help us out with the costs of running the servers each month.

Reserved Slot
VIPs get reserved server slots. This means that when the server is full and you have to get in queue, you are automatically moved to the front of the queue. The game will not reflect it as it is not aware of it, it might still say you're queued at the end but you're actually up front. Say there's a 10 man queue when you queue up, the next available slot is yours. No waiting behind a bunch of people to get in and get fragging! We do not kick players to make immediate room for you, that makes for a crappy experience for players.

Double Map Vote Points
When you vote for maps in servers with map voting your votes count as 2 votes instead of 1.

Autobalance Protection
Don't want to get moved away from your teammates? Autobalance protection stops the server from ever moving you for team balance purposes.

Ping Protection
You will never be kicked for ping spikes that would otherwise trigger our ping protection system to give you the boot. You also have protection against blocked/missing ping kicks.

Notable In-Game Commands
  • /join <player> - used to attempt to move to the team/squad of a player. Partial name matching is supported.
  • /lead - take lead of your current squad
  • /killme - commit suicide without logging a death
  • /moveme - move to the other team if there is room, avoiding all balancers

@zxF3AR You have no donation to your name. You obviously cannot read directions. System is automated, you would have a donation badge under your profile name if you did it right.



MAKE SURE YOU ARE LOGGED IN TO THE WEBSITE WHEN YOU DONATE AND THAT YOUR IN-GAME NAME IS SET PROPERLY IN YOUR WEBSITE PROFILE.


Please make sure your BF4 In-Game Name is set in your profile at https://banzore.com/forums/account/account-details and that it matches your in-game username exactly in order for automatic VIP role assignment on the servers to work. VIP role assignment will happen within one hour of your donation. If you forget to set your in-game username before donating set it within 7 days of your donation to have the VIP role automatically assigned.

Please turn off my recurring donations. This was not through paypal I have been searching weeks for a cancel option on this website and can not find any.

Done. Direct CC recurring donations (not by PayPal) have to be cancelled by us due to software limitations. PayPal donations have to be cancelled by the end-user (not us).
