Donations & BF4 VIP Membership

I'm not able to make a donation, I choose the amount, then I switch to the PayPal option, and then a message appears:
PayPal, an error occurred. Try again later.
Return to seller's website.
 
Please cancel my credit card based reoccuring donation. I would prefer to make it manually based on my time to play. Thanks!

Hello, I no longer play on this server and would want to cancel my donation. I get told that I can cancel through paypal yet I did not start with paypal I did it through my card info. I would like help to solve this asap.
 
I sent a message via Contact. Just curious if it was received? I want to put a stop to recurring payments on my credit card. Thanks!
 
If you donate through PayPal, you have to do it in your PayPal under manage subscriptions.

If you did it through credit card, you will need to private message neonardo1 in the forums.
 
I'm assuming from looking at your chatlogs the !killme and !moveme didn't work?

@assault Can you take a look at the VIP list? Forum stuff looks like it's filled out properly
