That said I had donated a few weeks ago, and still have not had any access to the commands, perks, etc. Who can help with this?

I see 2 errors in your in game name, 1st - you can only have one account name, 2nd is must be spelt correctly.

You are on the VIP list, try "!lead" in game to confirm it works. This will take lead of your squad.

When you are in queue with VIP it could say 10th in queue but your are still next to enter game unless the are other VIP's in queue in front of you.

Well damn. The whole reason I wanted VIP is to not have to wait in line. You guys should change the wording because there is no reserved slot for VIP's, just a special line to wait in.

You are put in front of non VIPs but you won't skip ahead another VIP, doubt there will be a VIP x2 ever added.

During peak times you may have to wait but it should be significantly less time.
